Help Shape Our Parkinson's Exercise Programme

 We're creating something special: an online exercise programme designed specifically for people living with Parkinson’s. We'd love for you to be part of it.

Our mission is simple: to empower you to take an active role in your health through exercise. We’re here to provide the knowledge, practical tools, and support you need to move more, move better, and stay active in a way that feels safe, achievable, and sustainable.

Who is this for?
This opportunity is designed for individuals with early to mid-stage Parkinson’s who feel comfortable exercising independently at home. Whether you’re newly diagnosed or have been living with Parkinson’s for several years, our guided exercise videos are designed to help you maintain your mobility, build strength and confidence through movements tailored specifically to Parkinson’s.

We’re inviting 25 individuals to join us at the very beginning.

You’ll receive one month of complimentary access to our complete video library, with the freedom to choose which videos you’d like to try and how often you’d like to exercise.  All exercises are designed specifically for Parkinson’s and can be adapted to suit your ability level.

In return, we simply ask for your honest feedback through a questionnaire at the end of the month. Your insights will directly shape how we grow and improve our programme — ensuring it truly meets the needs of our community.
