The exercises, information, and instruction provided through this website and our video library (the “Services”) are for general educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, do not provide a medical diagnosis, and are not a substitute for professional medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.

Parkinson’s disease affects everyone differently, and symptoms may vary from day to day. Even exercises designed for people with Parkinson’s disease may not be suitable for every individual, at every stage of the condition, or in all circumstances.

Participation in exercise involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, injury, pain, fatigue, dizziness, or changes in symptoms. You are responsible for assessing your own physical condition, abilities, and limitations, and for deciding whether to participate in any activity shown in the Services.

You are strongly advised to consult your healthcare provider before starting this program, particularly if you have Parkinson’s disease, balance or mobility difficulties, cardiovascular conditions, or any other health concerns, or if you are unsure whether exercise is appropriate for you.

You agree to stop exercising immediately and seek medical advice if you experience dizziness, pain, shortness of breath, loss of balance, or any other concerning symptoms.

The Services are provided without real-time supervision or monitoring. We do not provide medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency assistance, and cannot help in an emergency situation.

You are responsible for exercising in a safe and suitable environment and for using appropriate support (such as a chair, wall, or another person) where needed.

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge and accept that you participate at your own risk and agree that you release The Parkinson’s Coach, its instructors, contractors, and affiliates from responsibility for any injuries, accidents, or changes in symptoms that may occur as a result of using the Services.  Nothing in this Medical Disclaimer excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so under applicable UK law.

By continuing to use the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Medical Disclaimer. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.
